CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Because all our products are custom-made specifically for you based on your photos, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before design work begins. Contact us at love@4you.love to request cancellation.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/defective item
• Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

DESIGN CONFIRMATION

If you purchased the "Design Confirmation" option, you have the opportunity to approve your design before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
