How long does it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks: 3-5 days for design, 3-5 days for production, and 10-15 days for shipping.
What kind of photo should I submit?
Please submit a clear, front-facing, well-lit photo. High resolution photos work best. Avoid photos with sunglasses, hats, or where the face is partially hidden.
Can I see the design before production?
Yes! You can add the "Design Confirmation" option to your order and we will send you a preview of your design for approval before production begins.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to love your brick figures! If there's a manufacturing defect or the design doesn't match your approved preview, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and most other countries.
Are the figures pre-assembled?
No, the figures come as a kit with all pieces and step-by-step instructions. Building them together is part of the fun!
What are the figures made of?
Our brick figures are made of high-quality ABS plastic, the same material used by major brick brands.
Can I add a pet to my order?
