We can't ship hearing aids to your province yet
Provincial rules decide who can sell hearing aids, and how. For now, we can sell online only to addresses in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
In British Columbia, the in-the-canal JH-A260 isn't shipped yet: we're confirming one BC technical rule for this model.
Province by province
- Québec: only audioprothésistes (hearing-aid acousticians) may sell hearing aids. Please see one near you.
- Ontario: a prescription is still needed today. Ontario announced on October 20, 2026 that it will allow over-the-counter hearing aids. We'll ship to Ontario once the new rules take effect.
- Manitoba and Nova Scotia: selling hearing aids requires a provincial dealer licence.
- Newfoundland and Labrador: the rules for online sellers aren't clear, so we don't ship there for now.
- Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: [not served at launch: to decide].
